Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Presidont or submitting any content - including reactions (likes/dislikes) and descriptive words - you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. User-submitted content

Presidont is a platform for aggregated public opinion. You are solely responsible for any content you submit, including the descriptive word you attach to a leader review. By submitting content you represent that it:

• is your genuine opinion and not coordinated manipulation;
• does not contain false statements of fact presented as true;
• does not constitute defamation, libel, or slander under applicable law;
• does not include hate speech, slurs, or content targeting a person based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability;
• does not violate any applicable law or third-party right.

3. Your liability for submitted content

Presidont does not author, endorse, or verify user-submitted content. You acknowledge that you - not Presidont - are legally responsible for what you submit. If your submission causes harm to a third party, any resulting legal liability rests with you, not with Presidont. You agree to indemnify and hold Presidont harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you submit.

4. Content moderation

We use automated filtering to block clearly inappropriate content. We reserve the right - but not the obligation - to remove, reject, or restrict any submitted content at our discretion, without notice. Automated filtering is imperfect; passing the filter does not mean content is endorsed or approved by Presidont.

5. Platform purpose

Presidont is designed for the expression of political opinion about public figures in their public roles. Political leaders are public figures, and commentary on their conduct in office - including negative opinion - is protected expression in most jurisdictions. This does not, however, permit false statements of fact or hate speech.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Presidont is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ratings and word clouds reflect aggregated user opinion - they are not verified facts, editorial positions, or endorsements. We make no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted content displayed on the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
