Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit - such as whether you are logged in - so you do not have to re-enter it on every page.
Cookies we use
Presidont keeps its cookie use minimal. We set only the cookies necessary to operate the platform. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| access_token | Keeps you logged in during your session. Contains a signed authentication token - no personal data is readable from the browser. | Session | Strictly necessary |
| refresh_token | Allows your session to be silently renewed without requiring you to log in again. Stored HttpOnly so it is not accessible to JavaScript. | 30 days | Strictly necessary |
Strictly necessary cookies
Both cookies listed above are strictly necessary for the platform to function. They are set only when you create an account and sign in. If you use Presidont without an account, no cookies are set on your device.
Third-party cookies
Presidont does not load any third-party advertising or analytics scripts that would set cookies on your device. If you complete a CAPTCHA challenge as an unauthenticated user, the CAPTCHA service may set its own short-lived cookies to verify your response; these are governed by that service's own privacy policy.
How to control cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting or blocking authentication cookies will sign you out and prevent you from staying logged in. The platform remains fully usable without an account - and therefore without any cookies.
For guidance on managing cookies, visit your browser's help documentation or a resource such as aboutcookies.org.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if we introduce new features that require additional cookies. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
